Position Title: Supervisor, Lending Operational Risk
Position Description: To supervise and oversee the daily functions of Lendings Operational Risk staff to enhance operating improvements, mitigate risk, and ensure qualitative excellence.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Target:
* Good understanding of operational and regulatory risks and controls
* Ability to supervise financial, operational and compliance reviews
* Experience managing multi-dimensional teams and projects which involve organization, holding strategy and status meetings, planning, motivating and managing the work of participants
* Ability to collect and analyze facts, identify controls, develop procedures to test controls and recommend corrective action(s) based on findings
* Significant knowledge of, and proficiency in, data analysis, reporting, and operations research
* Proficiency in interpreting regulations, instructions, procedures and policies
* Highly developed communication skills including negotiating and communicating results, as well as findings and alternatives
* Ability to interact well with all levels of management and staff, reviewers and vendors
Desired:
* Knowledge of Navy Federal and NCUA policies, instructions and regulations
* Experience investigating, analyzing, and evaluating risks involved in granting consumer credit
Hours: Monday-Friday (8:00 am to 4:30 pm) |
