Key Role:

Help define the strategy for next generation U.S. government and defense castings and forging technologies. Leverage knowledge of current and future defense system needs related to castings and forgings. Identify promising industry partners and technologies and collaborate to define technical and business strategies for engagement and usage of their capabilities for defense missions.

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience with supporting defense community stakeholders in casting and forging technologies and program strategy

• Experience with castings and forgings fabrication technologies, processes, and respective vendors

• Knowledge of defense and government needs and requirements, trends within the community, and multiple stakeholder roles, responsibilities, and objectives

• Ability to perform technical assessment of current and future castings and forgings manufacturing technologies, develop technology trends and reports, and make key recommendations to the client

• Ability to craft effective and functional strategies for advanced technology access that meet the needs of multiple agencies and stakeholders

• Secret clearance

• Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience with providing technical support to senior DoD program managers on high risk, and high reward projects within the castings and forgings domain

• TS/SCI clearance

• Master's degree

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
