TITLE: Product Development Delivery Manager
LOCATION: Bethesda, MD
JOB SUMMARY: Develop and manage intake, prioritization, and build processes for product development with relevant stakeholders. Own critical partnerships with stakeholders, key users of proposal generation, and research platforms. Participate in on-site training to promote adoption of new features. Maintain relationships for proper user representation through platform enhancements. Serve as the manager of subject matter experts for multiple system integrations supporting platform unification and one-stop shop strategic positioning. Partner with Quality Assurance Managers and analysts to track testing for efficient software development. Manage feature refinement and handoff between UX and Development teams to ensure the creation of platform backlogs and new development. Advance initiatives for reducing vendor dependencies through requirement documentation and "ownership of functional requirement" discovery sessions for end-to-end campaign linear management. Reinforce impression-based transformation through requirement gathering for development of the new linear forecasting tool. Coordinate with data, development teams, and stakeholders to understand user pain points and identify opportunities for development of a multiscreen audience solution. Manage relationships with inventory, pricing, and planning teams for parallel development and integration into a multiscreen audience solution. Capture functional architecture and data flows to minimize negative impact preventing progress in multiscreen audience solution development.
EDUCATION/REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's Degree, or foreign equivalent, in Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications or technical related field. 3 years of experience in iterative development and requirements gathering in an Agile environment; documenting, organizing, and gathering functional development requirements using Atlassian Suite including JIRA Confluence; performing requirements elicitation and gathering from users, customers, and stakeholders to research, discover, and document system requirements; and, performing impact and gap analysis to analyze business activities, dependencies, and infrastructure to compare the current state with the ideal state. *A hybrid (in office and remote work) arrangement is available. *Quarterly national travel required, up to three days per trip.
