Anaplan is looking for a tenacious and creativeSenior Program Manager to join our Anaplan Employee Experience team in Northern Virginia. This is a stellar opportunity to get involved in a highly visible, large scale SaaS cloud company. This role is an immediate full-time position. Insight on your impact

  • Design, develop, and deliver innovative and scalable professional development learning and engagement solutions, including leadership and manager programs, that align with Anaplan goals and values and are implemented to retain, grow, and engaging a high-performance workforce
  • Redesign and support a scalable Onboarding and Orientation experience that affirms one's decision to join Anaplan and that reflects our unique culture, builds connections, and contributes to a high-level understanding of the company by sharing the information required to enable success from Day One (1) through six months (180 days)
  • Build and socialize Leadership and Manager competencies that are informed by engagement drivers, are in alignment with our I ACT REAL values set and enable our people managers with expectations of their role
  • Own the design and delivery of performance management learning and support ensuring the organization is well supported and informed through the annual performance management process
  • Research, manage, evaluate, and maximize the Employee Experience vendors, including relationship management, usage tracking, employee satisfaction, and impact on the organization's needs
  • Own the distribution of and content review of our new hire and annual Compliance process ensuring that Anaplan meets the expected legal requirements and safeguards our company
  • Partner with Sr Director DEIB to integrate principles of diversity, equity, and inclusion into all programs and help promote a more diverse and inclusive leadership experience
  • Own full lifecycle of project schedule, content creation, manage expectations, and partner with cross-functional stakeholders and subject matter experts to build content to meet stakeholder needs
  • Drive engagement, behavior change, and business impact through the collection and analysis of data to measure training quality and effectiveness.

Your qualifications, your influence

To be successful in the role, you must possess the following skills:

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 + years of experience and track record of designing curriculum and delivering unique and creative learning experiences that achieve outstanding learning outcomes
  • Dynamic and engaging facilitator for all audience levels
  • Consultative and collaborative skills, comfort partnering with stakeholders, subject matter experts, senior leaders, and external consultants
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple, large-scale initiatives simultaneously
  • Curiosity to understand the strategic priorities for Anaplan and how learning and development can best address skill and knowledge opportunities in our workforce
  • Excellent project management, communication, and organizational skills

Preferred skills and technical familiarity

  • Adding additional insight, and a growth mindset, will elevate your contribution in this role
  • Familiarity with implementing and using a Learning Management System, ideally Workday LMS
  • Experience with learning certifications such as StrengthsFinder, DiSC, Hogan, 360 Feedback tools, etc is a plus
